Two Films On American Immigrant Life Win Top Sundance Honors...
AFP:
Two movies about immigrants struggling to adapt to new lives in the United States snatched the top four prizes at the Sundance Film Festival, scoring a stunning double victory.
For the first time in the festival's 25-year history, both the grand jury prizes and the audience awards for documentaries and dramas went to the same two films: the Hispanic teen drama "Quinceanera" and the wrenching refugee tale "God Grew Tired of Us".
