Media mogul Sumner Redstone is confident CBS will win its legal battle against shock jock Howard Stern.

Redstone, who split apart his media empire to form Viacom and CBS and is chairman of both, told Newsweek that he and CBS chief executive Les Moonves expect to win a lawsuit filed against Stern after he jumped to Sirius Satellite Radio.
