19 Terror Plot Suspects Identified...
Airports and travelers on both sides of the Atlantic appeared to be adjusting smoothly Friday to flight delays, cancellations and new security restrictions as authorities, still wary about what they might not know, continued efforts to develop a better picture of what they do know.
In London, the Bank of England, Britain's central bank, announced that it had frozen the assets of 19 named individuals who were among the 24 arrested in connection with an alleged plot to blow up passenger jets in flight between Britain and the U.S.
