Conservative GOP Senator Rick Santorum conceded to his Democratic opponent Bob Casey in the Pennsylvania Senate race that has attracted national attention. Santorum is a staunch supporter of President Bush and the war in Iraq, and an avid opponent of gay rights and abortion rights.
