Meanwhile, a White House aide, acting travel office director Greg Pitts, was beaten and robbed by at least two men while out in Honolulu on Monday night. Pitts suffered head and other injuries in the attack. Though he has been awake and alert, he was taking doctors' advice to remain behind at a Honolulu hospital because of a possible concussion, White House spokesman Tony Fratto said.
