Served! Ellen Barkin Sues Ex For Millions, Despite Monster Divorce Settlement

ELLEN Barkin isn't through trying to squeeze more millions out of her ex-husband, Ronald Perelman. The star, 53 - who extracted $40 million in her divorce from the billionaire last year - filed suit Tuesday in Manhattan Supreme Court seeking an additional $3.4 million.

Barkin claims Perelman agreed to pay that much to her new production company in 2005 when he became partners with her and her brother George Barkin, a former editor of High Times, in Applehead Pictures.

"It was set up to give Ellen and her brother something to do. He didn't have a job," said a source familiar with the former couple.

The suit, supported by an affidavit from Barkin, alleges that Perelman agreed "to provide over $3 million in capital contributions to Applehead in eight payments, four each during 2006 and 2007. Despite numerous requests to abide by the terms of his agreement, Perelman has not made a single one of these payments."
