Despite traveling through space and a historic lunar landing, legendary astronaut Buzz Aldrin just recently reached the final frontier -- plastic surgery!

The post-op 77-year-old was snapped leaving the Lasky Clinic in Beverly Hills decked out in protective eyewear and facial bandages. Buzz has seen craters on the moon -- and he doesn't want his face looking like them!
