I sure hope he is not leaving his weekly schedule and that his show will stay as great as it is.

I wish Keith will just stay on Monday thru Friday on Countdown instead of having those dumb boring broads (Amy and Allison) sub for him. Countdown is Crapdown with those broads.

Agree. Where is David Shuster? He is probably one of the best they have and we get Amy/Allison.

Here's an idea: why not just watch the program and see what happens. And save your "KO hater" comments for apres programme...he may just suprise you!

Confidential to ohiomark -- this game may not count for the season, but surely it counts for Pennsylvania fans. ;-)

Awesome, but I hope they don't castrate him for the mainstream audience.

I believe he will learn the truth of the following:

Better to remain silent and be thought a fool than open your mouth and remove any doubt.

Isn't it strange that among the "Paid Troll Community," Keith is so loathed? Well, I'm sure that Keith doesn't care at all about that, since he is so beloved among his "fans," of which he has many, many hundreds of thousands! In fact, this "advance" would not be happening, were it not for the fact that Keith Olbermann is a very, very popular guy!

If Keith wanted to do football games, he should've stayed on ESPN.

I'm not sure why NBC feels the need to force feed us this far left hack before a football game. Especially a game that doesn't count.

They are promoting him BEFORE a football game. With his sports broadcasting background, it's only natural to marry the two. I'm sure there will be football stories in the show. Most people tuning in to see a "Countdown" show before a football game will expect football content, not left wing political propaganda.

Will the network allow Keith to do his usual, truthful and

factually, correct show?

If so, the first points scored will be, Justice 3 - Neocons 0!

Nah, but they might let him do his usual, ranting and highly opinionated show.

You are mistaken. Keith doesn't rant. He speaks in

complete sentences unlike the Billo, Rush, Hannity

crowd. Take an English class and you will find the

differences are remarkable.

Viewers will ask:

"Who is this Ranting Left-Wing Nut?"

"Why does he have a dead skunk on his head?'

"Will he bore us with a thirty-minute scree on his mouth cancer?"

"Will he blame the outcome of the game on Bush?"
