Dow Jones VP To Quit

Dow Jones & Co Vice President Paul Ingrassia said on Monday he plans to quit, making him the first top executive to leave since News Corp said it would buy The Wall Street Journal publisher.

"I will be leaving probably after the first of the year," Ingrassia said in a brief phone interview. "There just didn't seem to be an appropriate place for me in the company."

My resignation isn't due to the new owner of the WSJ will replace I want to spend more time with my family as the favored line of people who leave the WSJ.
