AP:

A sprawling Hurricane Dean slammed into Mexico for the second time in as many days and quickly stretched across to the Pacific Ocean Wednesday, drenching the central mountains with rain that swelled rivers before weakening into a tropical storm.

While still with hurricane-strength winds of 100 mph, Dean's center hit the tourism and fishing town of Tecolutla shortly after civil defense workers loaded the last evacuees onto army trucks and headed to inland shelters. There was no escaping the wide storm's winds, which lashed at a 60-mile stretch of the coast in Veracruz state.

It will be interesting to compare the Mexican governments response to the hurricane damages and care of the people to those of our own government during Katrina. It was notable that their President flew back from Canada to be there.
He wasn't on vacation.

What if global warming was a virus earth contracted by exchanging heavenly-bodily fluids with Mars? That means we'd have caught the crabs (nebula). Now we know why E.T. was always scratching his balls, eh?

The conservative fools are here in force tonight. Bunch of short-sighted idiots.

---------------------------------------------------
Change is the only certainty...
---------------------------------------------------

.....and Climate CHANGE and Energy Scarcity will devastate our economy and the economies of the Western world within the next few decades whether or not you believe.

Your ranting and screaming in protest is only the foolishness of fat soft white men that protest the change in their privileged lives. Enjoy! Drink you last single malt scotch; guzzle the last of that sweet Gewürztraminer; shove that cake into your pie hole; eat that double-cheese burger; you will surely die, contributing nothing to humanity's future.

Nothing, that is, but the rotting of the cholesterol within your arteries...

If Clinton would have signed the Kyoto agreements and turned them over to his democrat congress this never would have happened...right?

LAUGH. Except the democrats got togther, took a vote, and told Clinton/Gore that Kyoto stunk so badly they better not send it to congress or the democrats would trash it!

So much for the democrat party and kyoto. And now we have a UN offical declaring Kyoto a failure in Europe and their marketing scheme a failure too.

Gee, so now that we can openly say Kyoto is a failed plan that virtually no nation can follow....are we ready to "move on"? LAUGH.

Kyoto is only one of the attempts by the Libs to push world socialism. They will keep trying. I'm sure they will try next for a "carbon tax" of an "SUV tax". Anything to punish the success of the U.S. and destroy our economy.

Oh yeah. Rethuglickers have a solution...

DO NOTHING! DENY THE PROBLEM! BLAME CLINTON/GORE.

That's working out real well isn't it. Good thing Bush is president or we'd be in real trouble.
