Just reported by the NYT, so new that it hasn't yet shown up on a Google News search (ETP learned via "Morning Joe"), published a scant 13 minutes ago, according to the top o' the homepage. Reason enough not to go first to aggregators? That's for another fun post — Jay Rosen! You're on it! — but in the meantime we wanted to beat the New York Post and the Daily News to tomorrow's identical headline.

Well we went from the AG who wanted to see Justice in a Burqa to the one who wanted to see her in nipple clamps.

I'm almost afraid to see what will come next.
