Read the transcript from the 40-year-old man who says he had sex with Craig (with audio)
A 40-year-old professional man with close ties to Republican officials told the Idaho Statesman he had oral sex with Sen. Larry Craig at Washington's Union Station, probably in 2004.
The man spoke to the Statesman on the condition he not be named. He said he was sure it was Craig he had oral sex with but said he had no evidence other than his word.
Craig denied the allegations, and said, "I am not gay and I have never been in a restroom in Union Station having sex with anybody.
"There's a very clear bottom line here," Craig said. "I don't do that kind of thing. I am not gay, and I never have been."
Here is what the man told the Statesman, with some of the details of the men's room encounter edited out:
"Upon walking into Union Station one day, I made eye contact with a well-dressed older gentleman whom I recognized as Sen. Craig. We, after having made eye contact for 30 seconds or so, we began walking towards one of the restrooms in Union Station.
"I followed him in there. We went to the urinals, where we both unzipped ...
"The restroom became busy, too busy to do anything. So we zipped up and then followed each other to the second restroom in Union Station, where we began the same process. And had a -- I also performed fellatio for a very, very short amount of time, as that restroom became busy as well. At that point we both zipped up and left and went on our separate ways.
"Walking time included I would say maybe three minutes, four minutes. Not very long.
"It was unmistakable. I mean, I just recognized him, you know, as being Sen. Craig.

I've always contended that a lot of the eavesdropping by the Bush junta is on their own and their political opponents. If somebody had this info they could put the screws to Craig on every damned vote.
How many others are in this situation? It boggles, it really boggles.

The tape doesnt do much but put more doubt in this subject. Is he lying, or is he telling the truth and the officer lying. But more importantly, days later in front of a judge, he signed the guilty plea in front of a judge, when he could have fought it. That is, if he was telling the truth. So either he is lying to the officer, or he lied to the courts. And if he lied to the courts, he is stupid, and shouldnt be a senator anyway.
Im reminded of something I saw on Cspan a while back where a once RNC campaigner who was then working as a grass roots campaign specialist. Here he was on national TV telling the eager young republicans that they will meet many congressmen in their work, and they will soon come to realize that many of these congressmen are so stupid, you wonder how they got to be a congressman, but never let them know, you know who dumb they are. Just shake their hands, tell them how great they are, and keep in mind the cause your pushing, not how dumb the congressman is.
I think that says a lot.

What is despicable is inappropriate and criminal sexual behaviour from men of either orientation who have sex in prostitutional or public venues.
My money is on him to admit within the net few days that he was molested in a bathroom as a child by a minister or a perverted neighbor. And that has caused him to want dirty, anonymous bathroom encounters in his adult life. It'll be totally laughable, whatever crap they try to spin on us.
