Six Years Later, 9/11 Lawsuits Make It To Court

"She came to me and convinced me that she could bring justice to the situation, and I trusted what she said," Mrs. Cottom recalled. When government compensation for deaths was eventually made, the average was $2 million, and the range was $250,000 to $7.1 million.

Now, in the first concrete sign of movement in their case, the judge, Alvin K. Hellerstein of Federal District Court in Manhattan, has set a trial date of Sept. 24 -- 2,205 days since 19 hijackers brought four planes out of the sky into the twin towers, the Pentagon and a field in Pennsylvania.

After so many years of hi-jackings it should go without saying the Airlines were negligent 9/11.
Not one, but FOUR planes at the same time, is gross negligence if not criminal. Our congress enacted special, privledged protection of the executives and the airlines.

I say its impossible to get a fair, impartial judgement in our country now. Corporate Fascism is the rule of law.

Good point... It goes to show the struggle is nothing but up-hill to be sure. But the bottom line is you have a power structure of tremendous strength. Bringing it down is going to take a lot more than t-shirts, bumper stickers, and celebrity endorsements.

OK tough guy... I don't think the masterminds of 3000+ murders would let a "6 FOOT 4-215 LBS" bumper sticker and t-shirt buyer stand in their way.

If you really think what you say is true; that the current president, and vice president, and whatever other group they're working with planned and executed the terrorist attacks on 9/11, the mass murder of 3000 plus citizens, you have only one course of action, and it ain't impeachment, or arrest. If I personally knew of a mass murderer on that scale, living in my country, I know exactly what I would do. By any means necessary. But you go right ahead and hand out DVD's and buy t-shirts.

Until you find an official who was involved and will corroborate stories. Until you find real witnesses involved with the operation; a demo crew member perhaps, (unless you're suggesting bush and cheney planted and cabled the buildings themselves... it would only have taken a few years) you have only an alternative theory (which is where you fucked-up... by making alternative theories, you then have to offer proof of their validity). Ultimately, I could say invisible gremlins did it, and I'd have about as much hard physical evidence as the "truth movement".

You want to gather more support for you movement? You can start by not calling those who currently disagree with you "propagandist". You can then take all that money the conventions make and instead of making t-shirts and bumper stickers find some real evidence to support your claims. I'm not saying it isn't there, I'm saying it hasn't been presented.

Posting in all caps, buying/selling t-shirts and bumper stickers and yakking about what a tough guy you are isn't going to do anything. Find the evidence...
