Three suspected Islamic terrorists from an al-Qaida-influenced group nursing "profound hatred of U.S. citizens" were arrested on suspicious of plotting imminent, massive bomb attacks on U.S. facilities in Germany, prosecutors said Wednesday.

German Federal Prosecutor Monika Harms said the three, two of whom were German converts to Islam, had trained at camps in Pakistan run by the Islamic Jihad Union, a group based in Central Asia. They had obtained some 1,500 pounds of hydrogen peroxide for making explosives.

It is true Germany has a, excuse the term, liberal position in regard to moslems.

After all, moslems are to Germany as Mexicans are to the US.

But I somehow don't think there will be an attack by them on Germany or Germans as such.

German police are the most courteous I have encountered in Europe. What is nice about Germany is that they actually do police work instead of chasing speeding cars or people who carry a few joints.

I live in a Muslim neighborhood in Berlin. Mostly Turks...just normal people. I feel quite safe here. From what some have told me, they don't particularly care for Arabs or Orthodox Islam.

By integrating the people more and more in our society. The majority is doing fine in Germany. There is a minority with problems, ( language, schooling etc. ) In fact we are building a new mosque in Cologne. Things will take time, but again, to blow things up for nothing will not help. When nearly all of the Cologne Muslims are peaceful why should we think the Islam is an agressive religion ?

Please pay attention to the responses, draw your own conclusions, then go back and tell others what you found out.

What you found out is that you premise (Europe has such a problem with Islamic immigrants) is not quite accurate. That premise has been deliberately injected into the minds of Americans by people who benefit and profit from us hating all Muslims.

I am sure there are problems, such as in France, involving immigrants, and many of them Muslims. But to say "Europe has such a problem with Islamic immigrants" is not accurate, and you just heard from two Europeans that that is not accurate.
