It's sick and he shouldn't be allowed to have any pets. However, he's barely known in the US, he isn't a multimillion dollar quarterback, he some loser who keeps ending up in rehab. Not only that, as nasty as it is, it still isn't as bad as fighting dogs and brutually killing them after the fights.
