Olson would probably be the worst possible choice, being the guy who argued Bush's case before the Supremes in 2000. His nomination would be a slap in the face, not only to the Dems, but Hillary as well.

Bush has filled up almost every important post with enough partisan hacks. This time, I hope Leahy holds the line, no matter what kind of pressure he thinks he's under from the MSM to "play nice".

During the 90's Ted Olsen wrote numerous hit pieces for Conservative publications attacking President Clinton. While he has every right to state his opinions, what bothers me is that he didn't have the courage to use his real name and hid behind an alias.
