Basking in the lasting glow of his Sept. 11 leadership while campaigning in Pinellas County and Orlando on Friday, Giuliani stressed national security and electability, rather than the sort of hot-button social issues that are thought to be critical to winning the Republican nomination.

"For me every day is an anniversary of Sept. 11," Giuliani said after reviewing emergency response equipment at the Pinellas Sheriff's Office with Attorney General Bill McCollum and Sheriff Jim Coats. "If we don't talk about Sept. 11, you can't prepare to try to avoid another Sept. 11."

He should say "For me, everyday I use 9/11 for my benefit. I am desperate to become President, I don't have anything else to brag about."

Good old Rudy, wrap yourself in the flag and tell everyone how hard you worked at ground zero. It worked for W and by god it will work for you right?

I know I'm not alone in my disgust about all of the 911 fear mongering. It's sickening. What person with a shred of decency would try to build or maintain a career by insisting people live in a state of constant fear.

I don't fear Bin Laden anywhere near as much as the DNC and RNC. I'd have to say that Bin Laden doesn't make my life anywhere near as miserable as the US and Israeli constant prodding for war, torture, death. Last I heard, all of those cluster bombs that stay deadly for 50+ years, laying all about Iraq and Yugoslavia have "Made in USA" on them.

I'd say there is far more "Made in USA" in various war zones, than "Made in Iran". Maybe someone can make a case how that isn't true, when to two most active aggressors in the world are Israel and the USA.

You don't become President by campaigning. The israeli lobby is now crafting our presidents.

Oh, that's right...the Jews are running the world.
Have you asked them who our next president is going to be, yet?

He was ill received and forgotten after his divorce scandal and a couple of scandals as mayor. Then came 9/11, and volla, back in the lime light . No wonder he celebrates every day 9/11. Who would have ever have thought, someone can move from being the most disliked person and become President. Anything is possible in this United States.

Rudy or Mitt.
That's what it boils down to for the GOP.
Dear God...

Oh Rudy, you're such a drama queen! Every day??? We need reality, honesty, integrity, vision, strength, unity, leadership. All you have to offer is more drama and fear.

anastasiabeaverhousen 9:51 - ..."That, in and of itself, should be an impeachable offense."
Excellent post!

Could the number of deaths in the 9/11 tragedy been reduced, had Giuliani located the command center outside the trade center -----> http://www.youpolls.com/details.asp?pid=448

All Rudy has is 9-11. Most people I know would just as soon forget that evil day and it's after effects, but thats all Rudy has, so he is permanently welded to it. He hasnt brains or indepdent thought or any inspiration that isnt aimed at his direct enrichment.
If it werent so awful, you could compare him to any middle aged person who speaks often of their high school glory days. Except in this cased, People lied, People died and a Nation suffered horribly. Now Bush is continuing to place that blame on Iraq instead of those responsible (Cheney? The PNAC? Halliburton? The Carlyle Group? The Saudis?)
People scoff at the notion of an inside job but the more 9-11 is made the butt of Republican jokes, the more it seems there is a back story that MUST be investigated.

So,EVERY day is like an anniversary of Sept.11? So, in Rudy's addled mind, the 6th anniversary isn't coming up,it's the 2,190th? Yikes! C'mon, give us a break, Jules! This comment is running neck-and-neck with him thanking God that Bush was prez when he saw the plane hit the WTC. Man, I can't WAIT until the Truth comes out!
I now paraphrase Robert Forster in some old movie I saw a while back: "Rudy Guiliani can puke a buzzard off a gut wagon"!

Glenn Beck the Mormon who was forced on MSNBC by special interests does not support Mitt Romney.

He feels the Mitt is not stong enough. We need a guy on a white horse like Rudy.

Following is the predictable joke:
Rudy Guiliani went to the NYPD police barn and asked, "Can I have the same white stallion I rode in the labor day parade last year?"

"That was a mare, Mr Mayor, no pun intended." said the horse Sergeant.

"It could not have been a mare, it had to be a stallion" Said Guiliani, "Because as I rode down 5th Avenue, I could hear people in the crowd saying, 'look at the big prick on that white horse'"

For his ex-wives, every day of marriage to this lisping cross-dresser was a 9/11.
