New York Times:

Several of the Democratic candidates, who as a field generally support withdrawing American troops from Iraq, said they did not expect a coming military report on conditions in Iraq to persuade them to change their views on ending the war.

America's top commander in Iraq, Gen. David H. Petraeus, is scheduled to speak to Congress on Monday, and some of the Democrats suggested that his testimony would be skewed rather than objective.

Why don't they just go to Mexico and run for President of Mexico instead of working to create Mexico in the U. S.

This is the big thing that worries me about a super majority of Dems. The first thing they'll do is amnesty all these Mexicans and that will be the end of the U. S. as we've known it.

Bush is the biggest amnesty supporter. Amnesty is supported on both sides of the Fence. In fact amnesty is supported by every greedy small and medium businessman/woman , and goes beyond party lines.

I agree that the immigration issue is a serious problem for the American worker. If you think we are still approaching the end of the US as we've known it you are waaaaay behind...all gone pal and it was your neo con brethren that drove the stake through the heart of it.

If you haven't been worried out of your gourd about America under this bunch then you have nothing to worry about with the dems.

Proving once again what a lame bunch of losers the dumbo craps wing of the POWER & MONEY party are. When are they holding the Italian, Armenian, Swedish, Urdu etc. debates ? If you can't speak the language of the land, you have no business voting for anyone, but in this case, the great majority of the folks they will be addressing are here ILLEGALLY anyway.
RON PAUL for President. Help save the United States from the agendas of idiots, both left and right.

That's funny!

We've Dems have been waiting for this report all this time.

Now that it's coming out the Dems have already decided that since it doesn't say what they want it to it must be bogus.

If it did agree with their worldview they would be saying: "See, this guy is over there every day, who would know better than Petraeus!"

Please notice. Not one leading candidate has the courage or decency to advocate what really needs to done?

We must stop all wars and bring the troops home, now! Anything less is an act of a Bush/Cheney terrorist asshole.

These big money candidates are shit!

Memo To Democrats:

Grow a pair of BALLS and impeach the criminals Bush and Cheney.
11:06 PM on 09/09/2007
Impeach them for a war Congress approved?

Impeach them for a war a Dem-led Congress further funded?

We forget however, that congress, who is elected to represent the will of their constituency, impeached Clinton when only a third of the country was considering impeachment (one third is the maximum number given by any poll conducted at the time, many other polls state that as little as 25% was considering impeachment). In fact, despite this "terrible, terrible crime," Clinton's approval ratings never dropped below 58%.
George's approval rating is in the high-20s to low 30s and more than half of the country believes that congress should consider impeachment.

Dude/Dudette! What frickin planet have you been living on. They didn't approve the war on terms anything like George took. Is violating the constitution an impeachable offense to you...Go check the 4th amendment and the rules on Habeas Corpus and catch up with this current planet the rest of us are living on. You sheeple make me so sad.

Sanjong Thapa merely wants more of our troops to die and be maimed and their families to feel sorrow.

There is only one solution - STOP ALL WARS! And withdraw our troops immediately. Anything else is treason!

the problem with that cute & dainty little thought is that there will never be a 'cold war' with Isalamic terrorists

Unfortunately the military commanders are at the whim of George and Dick, just look at those who were fired or "resigned". They disagreed and they were gone.

The Whie House Surge Strategy is for General Betrayus to help our Dear Leader continue to fill up the coffins until Jan. 2009, when they will both go on the lecture circuit and "fill up the(ir) coffers"

Hillary is a military genius. All that experience she/it has keeping bill's wiener from invading her space has to count for something.
