Greenspan Publishes Lone Blog Entry For Amazon.com

For Fed-watchers, it was like something from a dream. In anticipation of the new book "The Age of Turbulence" by Alan Greenspan, Amazon.com announced that the delphic former chairman of the Federal Reserve would post blog entries on the Web site (www.amazon.com). At last, readers would know what Mr. Greenspan was really thinking as he reigned over the era of irrational exuberance.

Even the usually guarded Mr. Greenspan seemed energized by the prospect. In his first entry, on Aug. 31, he blogged about breaking free from the shackles of "Fedspeak" -- Wall Street parlance for the coded jargon of the Federal Reserve. "I wanted to make the leap from writing economic analysis to writing in the first person," he wrote. "I could finally use my own voice!"

ANYTHING THIS MAN HAS TO SAY IS WORTH THE MONEY!
REMEMBER HE SAID, "These artificially low interest rates can not be sustained long or there will be long term problems for the U.S. Ecomony", this after G.W.Bush got him to lower interest rates in one of his last meetings before resigning.
