I guess Vitter's family values GOP colleagues owe him a second round of applause. He's no girlie man, unlike that Senator from Idaho whose name they have forgotten.

Why is this a story? Prostitution is illegal only when the police choose to make it illegal. In my city there's a "Girls! Girls!" bar right next to the courthouse. The politicians have lots of money and one can assume they pay for various sex acts.

I like the candid way Wendy Ellis phrased it:

When have we had enough? The GOP insinuated themselves into a position of authority by asserting their intention to bring family values back to government. Instead, they have brought hypocrisy, bigotry, sex discrimination, homophobia and corruption to our government, and no one seems to want to do anything about it. I repeat; when have we had enough?

Well, I think prostitution should be legal and have no hard feelings about people using what I consider to be essential services, legal or not. However, Vitter's chypocracy, while not against the law, should be held high and wide for all to see. Shame, really, is the only deterence to this kind of hypocracy.
And Mr Flint...how 'bout a series of sex videos dramatically recreating our leadership's hyopocracy when it comes to sex-practices. I'm available as a writer/director, though the stories practically write themselves.
Proceeds to go to COYOTE or similar groups which stand for realistic laws on sex and sex-worker representation.

There are other prostitutes out there that this dude has had sex with. The Republicans have really given us a great family values man. Between Vitter, Craig and Foley they have all the demographics covered.

Thats ok, he is a good Christian. Dont you know he can rape babies, kill grandmothers and steal from the blind, and all he would have to do is ask forgiveness, and everything is fine.
Christianity is the greatest thing every. Do whatever you want during the week, ask for your soul to be cleansed on Sunday, and you get to start guilt free on Monday morning to do it all again.

i dont understand the need for multiple polygraph tests. does anybody doubt this to be true? put VITTER under a polygraph if he wants to deny it.

as if we have to double and triple check that a GOPerver is up to no good. the shocker to me is that it was a female. has anybody looked under her skirt? a straight "family values" type. who'da thunkit?
