Britney's Former Bodyguard Files Declaration Of "Nudity, Drug Use And Safety Issues"

Tony Barretto, a former bodyguard for Britney Spears, filed a declaration in the Britney Spears/Kevin Federline custody battle which alleges "nudity, drug use and safety issues post-rehab."

Gloria Allred, Barretto's attorney, said in a press conference today that Brit's former hired muscle was prepared to testify under oath today, but that neither the court nor Britney's attorneys chose to cross-examine him. She said his declaration went "unrefuted and unchallenged."

I gotta agree with a lot of posters. The kids are very young, and seeing mom naked isn't going to affect them in anyway. How many parents here were walking around starkers in front of 1 and 2 year olds? Hell even older.

The drug thing as well isn't exactly going to make any impression on them but it would seem more intelligent to at least do the smoking where they cannot be at risk of doing any inhaling.

AND I agree, Gloria Allred being in the mix simply shows the old whore is still trying to get her ugly puss in front of the cameras every chance she can.

Nudity? Nudity?

What the hell does that have to do with anything?

If more kids grew up in homes with parents comfortable with nudity, there would not be so much assinine and infantile hysteria about the human body in the US.

For all the puritanism in the US, we have the highest rates of teen pregnancy, teen abortion, teen promiscuity, teen sexually transmitted diseases and the earliest age of sexual debut in the developed world.

The "keep 'em ignorant, guilty and ashamed" approach to youth and sexuality is not working.

Here in Denmark, the facts of life are treated just like that, as facts, without all the infantile hysteria. Much healthier for children.

Screaming and shrieking like an idiot over exposure of a body part, which so many Americans indulge in, is a perverted conditioned response.

Yr right Sparkey; I came late to HP to see what the public thought about the oj bust So were there comments?? They don't want the harder issues then addiction & teen parents acting out to show up like woman battery, abuse, did he didn't he, racism, etc? The SF Gate has had long discussions posted each day & it has gotten hot at times.... Maybe go there & put in 2cnts

These 2 I don't know other then Britney is a product of the music machine like so many others rather then creating & Knowing her own self she flopping around wondering why she's not so cute anymore.....

Barretto is a disgruntled ex-employee who was supposedly fired on May 17 because “said Allred, "He did not hear her when he was asked to pick up her hat." Do you believe that? I don’t. There is obviously more to his firing than that.

And perhaps he was not cross-examined from either party because his statement, unsupported by anyone else, doesn’t matter here or there so why give him anymore time in the spotlight.

Even the court didn't ask him any questions so obviously the judge is not that interested in his testimony.

Alread is the lowest sh gave up her credibility years ago. She is all about bias suits, publicity and money/ She long ago ceased having any credibility as a civil rights attorney.
