Ms. Fields was terrific. The Canadian version of her speech should be made more widely available (and I think it will). It's a sad comment on our country's chronic inability to handle the truth that the completion of her speech was censored. Good gosh, four years into a ruinous and widely unpopular war and the media censors still think we should be protected from our own outlook? People are dying out there!

What caused that room to erupt was the overwhelming, unvarnished and astounding truth of her last statement....if women ran the world, there would be no g.d. wars in the first place!
