Chuck Norris In Iraq: "The Surge Is Working"

Watch out al Qaeda: Chuck Norris is on the scene in Iraq. As reported by the conservative Web site World Net Daily, the karate champion and action movie star is visiting 15 bases at the invitation of Marine Gen. Bob Magnus.

In an e-mail sent from Iraq and cited by World Net Daily, Norris said he's observed two things: The "surge is working" and "morale is up -- way up!"

Reminds of Dave Chapelle's comments about celebrities and political commentary. Let's just say that I will prefer to listen to the Iraqis living in Al Anbar province and the troops patrolling before listening to Chuck Norris. 'Nough said!

Chuck should open a martial arts studio .... somewhere in downtown Baghdad.
Put his money where is mouth is !
He could walk or ride his bike back and forth to work to work each day and really prove to all that the surge is working.

Unlike fearsom Ted, Chuck Norris is a vet. He started his martial arts career while in the Air Force, while in Korea. I believe he was there in the 60's. Just a thought. I don't pay mush attention to his political thoughts.

This is really nothing new folks, Chuck is a known Bush supporter which is unfortunate because ive always liked the guy. He seems down to earth and is a really nice guy but hes clearly very naive.

In the article Norris states:

"It is so much safer and more relaxed, particularly in the Al Anbar province," Norris said. "It is so much better than often conveyed by the liberal media."

Yeah, well. There IS no liberal media anymore.

The brainwashed "ditto-heads" and the Fox "News" channel have any liberal reporters that are left running scared of that label. The reporting in the mainstream media is VERY balanced these days, although the opposite is true of Limbaugh and FOX.

But Conservatives aren't happy unless they're railing against some injustice. Even a "liberal media" that no longer exists.

Unless, by their definition ANYONE who doesn't agree with them is wrong.
