Rudy Giuliani was on the trans-Atlantic campaign trail Wednesday, schmoozing with conservative idol Margaret Thatcher and bragging about his international credentials.

"I'm probably one of the four or five best known Americans in the world," Giuliani told a small group of reporters at a posh London hotel as onlookers gathered in the lobby to gawk at actor Dustin Hoffman, who was on a separate visit.

As an experienced psychiatrist (I am one of the five best recognized in the entire world) I can warn you about Al Capo--sorry, Rudy Giuliani. If GW has been the worst possible president, wait till Rudy parks in the White House, if by some repugnant gesture Americans elect him president. Ronald Dumsfeld is certainly well known across the world, the man who delivered the weapons to Saddam in one decade that later became the reason to destroy him in the next. Have you noticed how the image of his face usually has no skin on it? Do you know whay?

Which countries are you going to bomb for no reason? How many hundreds of thousands are you planning to annihilate for nothing? What is your plan for protecting the dying oil industry in its last chance to gouge the world for ugly profits? How many criminal lobbyists are coming to your barbecues on the white house lawn?

Yes, your face is probably everywhere. And as we can see quite plainly, you are in great company. And everyone is wondering - are you going to be just like them?

Oh, yes, Mr. Guiliani, you may be one of the best known Americans around the world. But these days, that hardly goes as a compliment.

First most, of course, we have the stupidest president ever, with the blood of a million innocent souls on his hands. He invaded a sovereign nation without just cause. He is remembered for having lied to the world from the podium at the UN. He was in charge as alligators feasted on the misfortunate in New Orleans. He is in the process of losing two wars and wants to start a third. Hm, great image there.

I am sure Mr. Cheney's face shows up on newspapers round the world these days more often than back here at home, especially in Dubai, where his favorite no-bid contract winner recently moved. (Can you say Halliburton without a spasm of jealousy?) Does Cheney drink blood through a straw while stealing your money? Great image there.

Then Condi Rice, our Secretary of Hate, who sat around quietly for a week while Israel totally destroyed Lebanon, saying nothing at all while two allies went at each other. Great image there.
