Bush: No Democracy In Iraq Because Saddam "Killed All The Mandelas"

In a press conference this morning, President Bush tried to assert that Saddam's brutal rule over Iraq wiped the country clean of potential democratic reformers -- individuals who may have possessed leadership skills like former South African President Nelson Mandela. In doing so, Bush inartfully suggested Saddam killed Mandela:

I thought an interesting comment was made -- somebody said to me, I heard somebody say, "Now, where's Mandela?" Well, Mandela's dead because Saddam Hussein killed all the Mandelas.

Dear God,
If you really DO exist and you really DO listen to the prayers and thanks of your humble, fallible 'creations', then let me be the first to say 'Thank You' that Nelson Mandela ISN'T DEAD, and for giving him the strength to endure the unspeakable injustices perpetrated against him.

Sincerely yours,
Virginia

P.S. Oh, and thanks for making sure that everybody knows that our president bush IS (from the neck up is what my Dad says.)XXXXXO!

Did anyone notice how Bush's arrogance has now turned to aggressive disdain when presented with questions he dislikes? He answered three times, "I have no comment" and then rebuked the questioner with a stony, "I said I have no Comment". Whatever rapport he had at these press conferences, based on plants with pre-arranged questions and facetious "nicknames" when calling on favorites has disappeared and now replaced with the caustic, agonized responses that indicates his distaste for his pridicament as a failed and incompetent leader. The nation will languish in futility for honest and capable leadership in the next several months while the dolt continues his mischief.

I would have liked to have seen the faces of Bush's speechwriters when he started ad-libbing! Deja Vu all over again!

Oh my, one day America will wake up (hopefully not inside Bush and Cheney's prison camps) and finally realize what a very, very stupid, emotionally immature person Bush was as a president and human being. It is unbelievable just how stupid this man is! and that he is our president. How on earth did this happen? Are Americans that stupid and gullible? Or are they just not caring enough for it to matter that they have seen their country's reputation, blood and treasure trashed? Or are they just as arrogant as Bush, the stupid child of a dysfunctional former president?

One day history will award Bush with his just rewards: the worst leader since Hitler. Hitler may have killed more people, but Bush is only just getting started. He has not invaded Iran yet. And there is always North Korea, after they give up their nukes.

Hey, Kim: If I were you, I would not be so quick to agree to let them go. Then you won't ever be able to turn your back on Bush. He'll go after you too, if he thinks he can out gun you!

Bush is acting and sounding more and more like a cheap clumsy imitation of himself. The comics on SNL doing Bush sound better than Bush himself does.

That's no Texas accent. That's the hoarse barkings of someone with real medical or mental problems.

As for Saddam killing "all the Mandelas", Bush obviously doesn't think of all those Iraqi puppets, charlatans and toadies that the neocons used to tout so loudly. Remember when Ayad Allawi was going to be the savior of Iraq?

This man is so repulsive to me that even if all he said was "good morning" he would make my flesh creep.

Well...

It LOOKED like he was carrying WMD's... and if he didn't have anything to hide, he shouldn't have looked so afraid.

It's funny how he should mention Mandela in the same press conference in which he answering questions about the Jena episode.

He says people are wondering where the Mandela of Iraq is; I'm wondering where the Mandela of this country is.

"For all those who ask whether the fight in Iraq is worth it, imagine an Iraq where militia groups backed by Iran control large parts of the country."
-- America's Murder Monkey,

Imagine an Iraq that wasn't a problem until a little boy with a hardon for oil invaded.

Imagine 3,792 still-living soldiers eating supper with their wives and kids every night.

Imagine the Word Trade Centers still standing.

Imagine a Treasury spilling over with surplus money.

Imagine a world where America isn't hated.

Imagine a president who could watch football and chew a pretzel at the same time.

Imagine a president who could be honest about the times he's been arrested.

Imagine a president who didn't giggle when he ordered the deaths of others.

Imagine a president who put in a 40 hour work week, 48 weeks a year.

Imagine a president who embraced science over religious insanity.

Imagine a Commander in Chief who listened to his generals.

Imagine a president who believed in the Rule of Law.

Imagine a president who respected the US Constitution.

Imagine a president who could testify under oath.
In 405 days, make them extinct.

Someones attorney daughter said at dinner last night. "This country is too large and too fragmented for a coherent, focused revolution to ever succeed". Unfortunately, she may be correct.

Not a chance! But it won't be the kind of revolution people might be expecting. What would happen, for instance, if all the Children of the Elitist 1% started being murdered mysteriously? Like on Spring Break, or summer camp, or at college orientation, etc? Nobody would have to make a lot of noise about it, would they? The whole country knows exactly Who they are, and the internet will tell them Where they are...it could just be a matter of time!

Who would do all this? That's easy, too. Probably those most affected by the Draconian measures the Big Corps and Big Banks, and Big Pharma, etc. And, Who are they? How about terminal AIDS patients with nothing left to live for because they can't afford meds? How about a pregnant teen with no one to turn to? How about a man without a job who's house has just been repossessed? How about a 70-year-old man who just lost his VA medical protection because he's an alcoholic? Hell, there are thousands upon thousands of this kind of Americans!

And, what are you going to do to these people to make their lives worse for having murdered those kids? Nothing! You can't make their lives worse! This is what the 1% don't understand! Are they expecting an armed militia to come up against the entire United States Military Establishment that the Bushies have so painfully stolen for their purposes? No, that won't happen.

The Bushies and the Republicans just don't know what they've done. They've been believing their own BS that they make up in every back room and boardroom in America! It is they who have done this to themselves. And they have no idea how the American People can Make Them Pay!

And, did you hear the "Disgusting" comment GB43 made today about the MoveOn.org ad? So what is next? Is he going to order all his Republican followers out into the streets to Kill all Democrats? He might think he wants to see that.

But, he might want to think again...

Brick

What's that great line from 'Braveheart'?
"They can't agree on the color of shit!"
Your friend's daughter may well be right.
