Kevin Federline's fight for primary custody of the two children he had with Britney Spears isn't about money but about the welfare of the kids, his divorce attorney, Mark Vincent Kaplan, told TODAY in an exclusive interview Friday.

"I want to put to rest these allegations we've heard that he wants more money, and that's why he's doing this," Kaplan told TODAY co-host Meredith Vieira. "There is no request before the court for any modification of any support ordered in this case."

Yep, that's so true. We KNOW divorce attornies would never lie about money. Funny thing about how they bill by the minute.

They charge 250 to 1000 bucks an hour. In a 16 hour work day they can bill upwards of 25 thousand dollars.

HOW?

They have this little trick of any call made within that hour is billed at full price.

IF you make 8 to 10 to 25 calls within that hour you get to bill each of those clients for the full hour.

As for Kfucked?

SURE he's looking for more money. MADTV did a great skit showing him proclaiming he don't need no mo money and as soon as she leaves he goes crying after her, "I needs my money baby, I can't live without it".

What a piece of shit.

Kfed and his attorney are such liars. They have asked the court to pay for Kfed's legal fees. If that's not going after Brit's money than what is?

And God forbid if he should get custody, nobody believes he wont' demand more money then.

Also, Kfed's parents filed for bankruptcy just before he filed this custody suit. So that's even more motivation to go after Brit's money.

TMZ is reporting that Brit is getting charged with a hit and run from August. It's really bogus and TMZ has the tape of the incident because they played it on their website. I think one of the entertainment shows televised it as well.

Brit was pulling into a parking lot and she barely bumped another car. Brit got out of the car, squatted down (you know a nasty cameraman that was there squatted down with her), no one there saw any damage, so she got back in her car and drove off. Somebody at the LA DMV must have seen the footage too. Why charge her with a misdemeanor hit and run with everything that's going on. People are just so mean to pile on for some nonsense like that.

....Lucille.........give it up....your girl is just OOC and aparently doesnt care....hit and run is hit and run....$10 or $10,000...hit and run is......HIT AND RUN...avoiding responsibility...

...I am SURE KFed IS after her money...since he has NONE of his own and has 4....count 'em ...4... kids to support....how's he gonna do it WITHOUT her money....this is really the only point that you have correct....the rest is coulda,woulda,shoulda....

..she OBVIOUSLY doesnt care what happens to the kids because she was partying only hours after being ORDERED by the court to submit to drug testing and parent coaching....
...she isnt going to give up anything until the door slams behind her and she is FORCED to...by then it may be too late to save her kids OR her money........

I'm sorry, a "rapper" who couldn't make it against all the other no-talent rappers. who has no other source of income, except from his ex-wife, is not looking for more money. WTF! I guess that must be true, because his lawyer says it is the truth. And we all know that divorce lawyers NEVER lie.
