Networks Reject Rice Interviews: "No Longer Seems To Be A Key Player On The War"

Over the past two years, Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice has been on the Sunday talk shows 30 times, making her the most second frequent guest after Sen. Joe Biden (D-DE).

But that may be changing. In his Washington Post column, Howard Kurtz reveals that Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice is no longer a "prize catch" for the Sunday talk shows. She was recently turned down by both CBS and NBC:

The secretary of state has always been considered a prize catch for the Sunday talk shows. But when the White House offered Condoleezza Rice for appearances eight days ago, after a week focused on Iraq, two programs took the unusual step of turning her down.

Executives at CBS and NBC say Rice no longer seems to be a key player on the war and that her cautious style makes her a frustrating guest.

Her delivery is robotic, and she has that phony Bush-person campaign emphasis, where she HITS certain WORDS, and widens her eyes to show she's EARNEST, but that's not it.

Dr Rice could be MLB's commissioner. Richard Cheney, aka Sure Shot, Darth Vader & Elmer Fudd, is on the short list for Commissioner of NFL. The NFL commissioner must appear to be alive. MLB is satisfied with a silent warm body as commissioner. The NBA requires a deal maker as commissioner. The NHL might have use for Dr Rice as a hockey puck. WWE needs an articulate, sassy, spokesperson with street smarts & cred; that disqualifies Dr Rice. That leaves MLB, WWE & academic oblivion for Dr Rice when she leaves office.
The NFL will make Chief Justice Roberts an offer he can't refuse if they can't get VP Cheney.

By all means, invite the evil witch on the talk shows. And ask her opinion of whether she is a greater failure as a National Security Advisor or as Secretary of State or equally incompetent at both. And, as an "expert" on the Soviet Union, she has also been a part of the inner circle of decision makers that oversaw the re-emergence of the old Soviet-style authoritarianism under Putin. Oh yeah, and ask her how that little invasion thingy she helped push is going.

The woman is not only criminally incompetent but radiates pure evil - a basic requirement to be a member of the Bush Administration.
