A Minnesota judge will be hearing Sen. Larry Craig's petition to overturn his guilty plea on a disorderly conduct charge in Minneapolis Wednesday, but Craig will not be at the hearing.
"I have been advised not to. I will not be attending," Craig, R-Idaho, told CNN.

Upon further reflection, I see a couple of new possibilities to breathe life into Craig's case:
• Petition for a change of venue to have the case tried by Oklahoma District Judge Donald Thompson, the "Penis Pump" judge who operated his equipment during proceedings.
• File a suit against the airport under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), for providing restroom facilities that do not appropriately accommodate the stance-challenged.

It's probably because the Judges courtroom is right next to the public restroom and they didn't want him to be tempted to check the width of the stalls.

One poster said the idea was for one of the guys to present his genitals under the stall divider. I said there wouldn't be enough space, but photo depicts enough room for a couple of limber guys. I still say Craig would be the john (receiving the blowjob) and "pretty boy" Karsnia would be the hooker (providing the blowjob.)
I don't think the Senator intended to rumple and dirty his suit. I think they meant to go to a hotel.

A photo on another story was used showing stalls with dividers appearing to be only a few inches off the floor.
So if Craig wanted to "present his genitals under the stall divider," he would need to cut them off.
Probably not a big deal for future encounters.
