If we can't get Blackwater why then yes. If Blackwater is committing crimes against humanity but is immune from prosecution, then legally, their employer (that's you and me by way of our out of control government.), should be held accountable.

Maybe those in the white house press corps should be asking: "If the surge is working, as the President, General Patraeus, and Ambassador Crocker all claim, why is it still necessary to retain the services of a militia group such as Blackwater, who does not abide by the military code of ethics and who has immunity from Iraqi law?" Afterall, the president is planning on sending some of the troops home by Christmas. Why can't our own military provide escorts for U.S. delegates in Iraq?

We already know the answer, but wouldn't it be fun to pull the strings of the white house puppets for awhile?
