In today's New York Post, the Canterbury Institute took out a full page ad with the screaming headline "DON'T DIE LINDSAY" on p. 25.
New York native Lindsay Lohan, 21, is currently in rehab in Utah, her third stay at a rehab center this year. She checked in after an arrest for DUI and drug possession.

Did they have her permission to use her name and/or likeness in the ad? If not they can be sued. I am so glad that they are using her problems to further their practice. Other celebs will be delighted to go there for help and find their names in ads for this clinic/hospital in the future. They are public figures, but it is still tacky and possibly illegal to use them in advertising with the celebraties approval.
