Media Matters actually gave a pretty complete transcript and posted the audio. You can see the context of his remarks and they do still show some ingrained bigotry. The line about there being "no one shouting 'where's my m-fing ice tea?'" wasn't biggoted within the context (which Media Matter gave) but some of the other remarks like being "surprised" that the restaurant was just like any other were. The funny thing is he's accusing Media Matters of smearing him and taking him out of context but they didn't. They gave the full context. Bill is actually the one who made a big issue of this. If he'd kept his mouth shut no one would even be talking about it today.
