Who do you know besides Nixon and maybe some other politician who has an enemies list? Why does he have so many enemies? Why is he constantly attacked? You would think if it bothers him to the point of considering murder he would want to think about that. Nope, as with virtually all of the radical right he is always a victim.

The liberal media cannard is a good example. We have had a conservative government almost continually since at least Reagan. If there was a liberal media they certainly are totally uneffective. But the rightists keep playing the liberal media victim card like they were some kind of beaten down minority. Right wingers, their celebs and their sheeple in the general population are nuts and if they could only see themselves as most others see them they would be so ashamed they could never show their face in public again. Wouldn't that be nice?

I think what happened here is that Bill got
baited into an argument by someone intent on
an outcome. Race baiting is a time-tested tactic
and he's right, there's smear tactics, but such
IS the world of modern (and ye oldene tyme) politics, and if he's not ready for mud-slinging
then he's not ready for debate. It's all about
the prep time...but­, when you boil it all
down, there's plenty of other things to talk
about that are a lot more gainful than ethnic
stuff, and it'd be a lot wiser for people to
keep the focus where it might do some good,
like, oh, I don't know, throwing this administration out of office, restoring public
accountability and checks and balances,
find out who was smoking dope during the last
budget session and FIRE them, go after public
corruption, etc etc etc. I don't care what your

important common problems that need to be
