From a strict constructionist point of view, I believe John McCain is right. The founding fathers never intended to have non-Christian, non-White, non Male, non-Property, Presidents. Couldn't Justice Scalia sort this out in a 'one time' opinion.

We've already done Christian. I think most of us are weary of a Christian president seeing himself as a facilitator of the "Second Coming."
