New York Sen. Hillary Clinton is overwhelming Illinois Sen. Barack Obama and the rest of the Democratic primary field, and slowly increasing her lead over New York City Mayor Rudolph Giuliani, the Republican front-runner, in Florida, Ohio and Pennsylvania, according to Quinnipiac University's Swing State Poll, three simultaneous surveys of voters in states that have been pivotal in presidential elections since 1964.

Sen. Clinton's support appears to be as deep as it is wide. In Ohio, 74 percent of her supporters say they are not too likely or not likely at all to change their mind. In Florida, 59 percent of her supporters are unlikely to change their mind; in Pennsylvania it's 56 percent.

"Every sentence out of his mouth will reference 9/11, and the people will simply be sick of it."

You mean like the last time BUSH used 9/11 in every sentence out of HIS mouth, and won the election?

Two things:

1. Republicans historically are better at showing up to vote.

2. Republicans, whomever they choose as the nominee, will rally the base to vote against Hillary.

If Democrats 'seriously' want to win The White House, then they need to focus on Edwards and Obama; in that order.

I guarantee you, if Democrats focus on 'making history', the Democrats will not only lose The White House, they greatly risk losing the majority in Congress as well. And that is too high of a price to pay for just, 'making history.'

Jesus, I just saw Republican Dick Army saying that Hillary is the best candidate. When the Republicans are coming out in droves to give Hillary shining stamps of approval, you know there is something seriously wrong here.

Yes, we want the Dems to win, but Dem voters need to wake up and get their head out of their ass and pick a REAL winner. For better or for worse, Hillary is too divisive and cannot unite this country to the point where she could win in the general election.

With Hillary stating that we have to prepare for the NEXT war & voting 'Yes' to bogusly label the state Iranian military guard as "terrorists", the writing is yet upon the wall, once again. Hillary and Liebermann are rubbing their little sweaty neocon hands together like Dick Cheney, eyeing Iran. Hillary doesn't deserve to win the presidency and Hillary supporters are TOTAL hypocrites in criticizing Bush, but refuse to criticize Hillary, for HER hawkish and neo-conservative ways.

Wake up people and get your heads out of your asses. Unless the BLACKWATER supporting Hillary camp plans on pulling a 'Diebold', she WILL lose.

Go back to Ann Coulter and tell her that the Democratic bloggers on HuffPo aren't buying my lies....what can we do now? Maybe Gannon or Armstrong should be called in on HuffPo like you used them before...

http://www.villagevoice.com/ first page article about Billery 10-11-07

It has all the markings of a Huff&Puff hatchet job.

Another hack job yellow jouralism hatchet job is being done at the village voice. That article about Billery is on today's webfront page at www.villagevoice.com

Here is a snippet.
Hillary's In-Fidel-ity
Obama's strategy makes her spurn Bill's Cuban advances and embrace Bush and the GOP's anti-Castro.

People often complain about the poor quality of Huff&Puff and the hacks here. Huff&Puff editors are just infants shills compared to the Village Voice, the National Enquier and Al Goldstein's Screw magazine. When you lay down with dogs, you get fleas.

Oh my God! Has the media decided these our only two choices for president! I cannot stand either of them...they are both bad for this country.

Wake up American! I'm voting for Dennis Kucinich...and I don't care if he doesn't stand a chance. At least I can say I made the right decision...

I hope they both fall and cant get back up.
Neither of them are any good for America, and should not be allowed to be president.

REAL CLEAR POLITICS.com : The True Picture Huffington Post DOESN'T Want You To See ???

O.K., lets jump off of the Huff Post spin mobile for a moment. The spin-meisters at HuffPo only site ONE poll.

Yet, when you look at the Head-to-Head polling of Hillary & Rudy at RealClearPolitics.com -- based on the average of a group of many polls, together -- Hillary is only leading by +5.5 percentage points, which is no where near, 'domination.' In fact, Hillary's measly lead over Rudy is exactly the reason that more and more believe she is NOT electable.

Huffpost, we all know by now that you like to spin news for your, 'chosen candidates', but don't you think your readers deserve better? We do!

Yes, we get it, ... you are not a Republican blog & you have New York roots. You don't have to worry about losing potential access to Hillary if she wins; she won't win.

-Jeez, will you grow some friggin' stones already!?

Last time I looked, Arianna wasn't a fan of Hillary Clinton.

It doesn't matter. If Giuliani wins the primary, he will look like a beady-eyed ogre in the general election against whomever he runs, Hillary included. Every sentence out of his mouth will reference 9/11, and the people will simply be sick of it.

REAL CLEAR POLITICS: Edwards, Not Hillary, Is Dems' Best Chance

"In truth, Democrats who are supporting Clinton because of her electability probably haven't been reading the latest polls carefully. In current match-ups with Republicans, Clinton isn't looking particularly strong, despite the GOP now being weaker and more divided than it is likely to be a year from now. There are also early warning signs that Clinton's presence at the top of the ticket could be a disaster for her party's congressional candidates in many closely contested races."

No one doubts Democratic voters ability to continually pick losers; Hillary supporters can go ahead and continue to live in denial, but many Independents REFUSE to vote for her in swing states; sorry to burst your bubble in supporting Hillary's Blackwater supporting campaign.

Where the f**k is Quinnipiac University?

Guys Think! the game is over, Eduards? are you crazy the guy is 11% Hillary is 47% the only way she can loose is a Dean moment; but she is not very leaning toward strong emotional bursts.

Hillary is 8 points in top of Gulliani and the she will get better she is going to win the reason:

She is very samrt

she works hard

She got the best polling

she runs a tight no leaking ship

she controls the media

she is great at debates

she is the best politician of the pack

she holds the center with exaggerated attacks on both left and right that cancel out

she really wants it

After 200 years at last a woman president, history in the witting, what a role model for all the girls in the world, she is going to change the perception of woman for centuries to come

And her theme songs could be "Don't Worry, Be Happy" or the old Enjoli ad's "cause I'm a Wooomann...."

As much as I'd like to see a woman as President, just because and just the same don't quite make the sale.

It is not just because.

Her brilliance, determination and discipline are undeniable if (and this is a big if) she uses them for the common good she will be a great president.

If ,by some anomaly, it came down to Hillary VS. Ron Paul, Mrs. Clinton would look like Fred Thompson.

That speaks volumes to her perceived "strengths"....

Equivalent to a hollow chocolate Easter bunny you'd get in your youth when you knew the good are only solid.
