Advertising guru and CNBC host Donny Deutsch has come a long way since the day back in the early 1980s when his own father fired him. "I can't recall the exact moment he called me in, but he fired my ass, threw my ass out," Deutsch recalls, in an exclusive interview with Portfolio.com. "I wasn't doing my job, I wasn't performing. I wasn't committed.... It was a very good wake-up call."

It must have worked. Then Deutsch, 49, went on to turn his father David's tiny ad agency into one of the world's largest-a brand-name behemoth with 1,000 employees-and personally pocketed a quarter of a billion dollars when he sold Deutsch Inc. to the ad and marketing conglomerate Interpublic Group.

HILLARY DID RUN THE CLINTON MAFIA (HILLARY'S CELL PHONE SPYING)
Tuesday, October 16, 2007 2:42 PM

HILLARY QUOTE: "I have a million ideas but you can't afford them all."

HILLARY SPIED ON AMERICAN CELL PHONE CONVERSATIONS(Newsmax)
Queen Comrade Hillary listened to a secretly recorded conversation between political opponents. Former New York Times investigative reporter Jeff Gerth and Times investigative reporter Don Van Natta Jr. wrote that during Bill Clinton’s 1992 presidential campaign, “Hillary’s defense activities ranged from the inspirational to the microscopic to the down and dirty. She received memos about the status of various press inquiries, she vetted senior campaign aides; and she listened to a secretly recorded audiotape of a phone conversation of Clinton critics plotting their next attack.”

SMOTHERING BILL CLINTON'S AFFAIRS
Newsmax reported in June, "The tape contained discussions of another woman who might surface with allegations about an affair with Bill. Bill's (and Hillary’s) supporters monitored frequencies used by cell phones, and the tape was made during one of those monitoring sessions."

HILLARY'S ILLEGAL ACTTIVITIES
Mickey Kaus at Slate magazine noted: "Isn't [secret phone monitoring] not so legal? … Several legal experts told The Hill newspaper that it was illegal to intercept cell phone messages in 1992.

FLIP-FLOPPING HILLARY HYPOCRISY?
In August, Clinton voted against an emergency law that temporarily expanded the government’s power to conduct surveillance on American soil without a warrant. A month earlier, she outlined her privacy bill of rights, which includes the right to sue when privacy rules have been violated. “Hillary Clinton’s campaign hypocrisy continues to know no bounds. It is…unbelievable that Clinton would listen in to conversations being conducted by political opponents, but refuse(s) to allow our intelligence agencies to listen in to conversations being conducted by terrorists as they plot and plan to kill us.

Anybody with big corporate ties would want Hillary to sell out American Freedom and Prosperity and finish what Bush has started.
Myself and all my progressive friends will not vote for Hillary Clinton under any circumstance.

You can think whatever you want Donny boy but we have not had the primary. At this point in 2004 I believe the prediction was for Howard Dean.

I have never heard of this Donny person but kind kind of a grown man calls himself "Donny"? And we're supposed to take his opinions seriously???

Does he have some new PR group pushing him or something?

No one watches his show at all-- "The Big Idea was CNBC's lowest-rated show of the day. It averaged just 44,000 viewers, and a meager 18,000 in the 25-54 demo " -- http://www.mediabistro.com/tvnewser/ratings/donny_deutschs_tripledigit_viewership_doesnt_last_a_full_week_19663.asp

And no one cares.

In my opinion, Donny could try to improve his poor ratings if he could actually motivate the 'einsteins on his staff' to ensure that satellite T.V. broadcasters would actually cite who his guests are/will be, in their satellite T.V. box menu functions; now THAT is what "I" call ... a BIG idea! LOL

There are hints that what's left of our system still works. Over at Swampland, FDL and KOS all are running stories about the modest bump Dodd's campaign has gotten from his quietly principled stand of FISA, he is joined by Feingold, Sanders, and Biden. I gave to his campaign yesterday. Meanwhile the presumptive front runner has yet to peep about the potential cave to bush on this.

I fear that our next President will be Hillary or one of the other Republicans.

What he doesn't talk about of course is employees who were too busy having great sex in the hallways. Which might have had something to do with getting fired.

Is that a perfected prediction? Are predictions the FedEx version of actual elections?
