Bush Wants $46 Billion More For Wars

If George Bush was the CEO of some fictious corporation and ran this corporation like he has the country, he'd be fired!!
He heads the planning for the roll-out of some great product (the Irag war), decides what's needed to produce this product (our military), whips up a media campaign to support the launch of this new product (baffles the public with BS), sells this new idea to his board of directors (the Congress).
Then completely screws up the entire product.
1. Insufficient planning
2. No exit strategy
3. Insufficient budget
4. Lousy execution
5. Substantial losses
But, does he take his losses and give up? Not our boy George. He just keeps changing the plan hoping things will get better. He escalates the ad campaign hoping to continue his successful selling of this product. Convinces his board of directors (by the way, they should now be fired also) that more money and more time will make this product succeed. I think my point is made.
How many times can he get away with this?
One more thought...now we know why he vetoed SCHIP. He knew he wanted the money for something else.

Is that all? I mean that's such a drop in the bucket compared to what he's already thrown down the toilet of Iraq and his other failed plans. Chump change. People shouldn't be mean know, he did give the social security people a 24.00 a month raise, right before raising their part B benefit another 23.00 amonth. So they got a dollarl. MEXICO CITY, Oct. 22 -- President Bush announced Monday in Washington that he will ask Congress to approve a $500 million package to help Mexico fight drug cartels, the largest international anti-drug effort by the United States in nearly a decade.

The much-anticipated Mexico aid plan, which is included in the president's $46 billion supplemental budget request for war funding, would pay for helicopters, training, canine units, communications gear and inspection equipment, the State Department said.
The aid packages are part of what the Bush administration hopes will be a multiyear, $1.4 billion initiative.

All I have to cite is the irony is America, who has the temerity to determine who obtains nuclear power while accusing nations of malignantly seeking weapons of mass destruction, WMD, to use against us, happens to be the only world nation that actually has used Weapons of Mass Destruction: dropping the atomic bomb on Japanese civilians, use of bunker busting bombs in civilian areas of Iraq and Afghanistan.

It's incredulous to believe someone who was perfectly willing to accept the death toll and egregious life altering disfigurement of tens of thousands of American soldiers sent to wage a guerrila war in Iraq without the proper equipment 4 yrs ago and counting is now framing what was his own indifference as a extortion card to FORCE CONGRESS INTO PROVIDING ADDITIONAL MONIES that is actually going to fund an asault against Iran due to it street talking PM.
Imagine if the rest of the world actually took the president's Rapture endearment seriously reflected by his infamous statement of: Either you are with us or agin us, then our nation would have more to fear than nations lacking a credible equally matched military replete with war machines like submarines, naval aircraft cariers, long range missle silos, satelites, tanks, helicopters, or even a fully trained army and armed forces other than Iran's elite guard, especially after we witnessed Sadaam's guard and army. Further if Iran was so lethal to our presence in Iraq, now the current scapegoat for the administration's failure, then why are only IED's being used instead of rocket launchers, and aircraft bombing raids protecting fellow Shiites?
