I Like ItI Don’t Like It

Sen. Joe Biden nails Rudy Giuliani during Tuesday's MSNBC debate: "And the irony is, Rudy Giuliani, probably the most underqualified man since George Bush to seek the presidency, is here talking about any of the people here. Rudy Giuliani... I mean, think about it! Rudy Giuliani. There's only three things he mentions in a sentence -- a noun, a verb, and 9/11. There's nothing else! There's nothing else! And I mean this sincerely. He's genuinely not qualified to be president."

Watch Biden speak about Giuliani in this video from MSNBC:

Rudy is a disgusting human being: he used the madness of 9/11 as it was unfolding as a huge photo-op, and now he's trying to advance his career atop of the carnage and dead bodies. (figuratively AND literally)

If people in Middle America are naive enough to think of him as some sort of hero, they REALLY need to spend a little time with the families of NYC firefighters and other city public servants.

I got lost in NYC yesterday, and I asked Rudy which subway to take. He said "9/11". I told him there was no 9/11 train, or 9 train or 11 train.

He called me a terrorist liberal bitch commie.

The MSM praised him for being consistent.

Hey, opps ... not sure why my comments didn't post.

Anyway -- your comments were hysterical! I was in near pee-in-pants type fits of laughter when I read it. He called you a terrorist liberal commie bitch.

Very nicely put. :)

There's a certain poetic ring to your comments.

I thought Kucinich had the best statement of the night:

” Tim, we’re here in Philadelphia, the birthplace of democracy. I want to know when this Democratic Congress is going to stand up for the Constitution and hold the president accountable with Article 2, Section 4 an impeachment act. I think that our democracy is in peril and unless the Democrats and the Congress stand up for the Constitution, we are going to lose our country.”

Yes, I agree with your statement on Kucinich completely in the present context.

Kucinich would be wonderful for America. If he were elected president, America would have a re-birth of world credibility, respect and dignity.

And there would be peace, reconsilerations in a number of conflict areas and preperations for future crises without the use of primitive defense mechanisms.

Rudy: "Biden Has Never Run Anything But His Mouth"

And your point, Mr. 9-11?

Ugh.

Biden had the night's best one-liner.

He, also, can WIN THE 2008 PRESIDENTIAL VOTE.

A great joke! Even if it's been around awhile, it's always great to hear.

However, this is one time where having extensive experience in Congress alone isn't going to automatically fix the myriad of problems that the next President is going to face. It's going to take someone who fights to solve these problems even more vigorously than Bush/Reagan/the rest of the neocons fought to cause most of these problems.

Excuse me there Rudy, but Biden is currently running the Senate Foreign Relations committee. You are running a campaign will still part running a comany that represent scum of all varieties. He has a son in Iraq. You have a son who won't vote for you.

He's also been to Iraq at least ten more times than you have. Of course, he didn't put a mask on his face and walk up a street after 9-11. On the other hand, he also didn't ignore the threats of Osama bin Laden after Al Qaeda his the World Trade Center the first time...

News for Rudy. At least he knows when to shut up. You on the other hand just keep digging yourself into a hole. Knock yourself out.

Biden is right. Guilani is genuinely not qualified to be President.

What concerns me is why everyone does not know this already. People just keep repeating the same mistakes (a la Bush)

Who else is clearly not qualified to be President?

- Obama
- Edwards
- Romney

I don't mentioning K-man on that list. If it is not obvious to everyone that he is a nut then I really need to move to a different country.

Who is qualified?

- Clinton (although I don't trust her - I think she is too bent on redistributing wealth and she spoke kindly of Rangel which is a SIN)
- McCain
- Biden
- Dodd
- Richardson

The only reason you think Kuchinich is a "nut" is because he speaks the truth and you have been used to hearing nothing but lies from your politicians.
Wake up and smell the truth - it's coming from Kuchinich.

Neither are Edwards or Obama but yet they are "frontrunners."

Joe Biden is the most qualified candidate in the overall presidential race period. If people recognized his name as much as they do Clinton's, he would have been the Dem. nominee. I am voting Biden in 08' primary!

Yes, I have liked Joe Biden since he ran for president 20 years ago. Clinton also showed how good she is tonight too. I thought Edwards and Obama looked weak tonight. It is ashame Kucinich isn't taken serously. He has a lot to offer.

Great Debate, the first 40 minutes was fantastic. The end kind of lost track.
