Sen. Joe Biden nails Rudy Giuliani during Tuesday's MSNBC debate: "And the irony is, Rudy Giuliani, probably the most underqualified man since George Bush to seek the presidency, is here talking about any of the people here. Rudy Giuliani... I mean, think about it! Rudy Giuliani. There's only three things he mentions in a sentence -- a noun, a verb, and 9/11. There's nothing else! There's nothing else! And I mean this sincerely. He's genuinely not qualified to be president."

Watch Biden speak about Giuliani in this video from MSNBC:

Rudy claims to have been a mob-busting DA who was the first to use the RICO statutes to put mobsters away. He built his myth on this lie and others. Many of his convictions were overturned because he withheld evidence. His legal skills were challenged as mayor when he was sued left, right and center for abrogating the constitutional rights of others. He even broke the law by denying federally-mandated food stamps to the poor. He lost almost all of the lawsuits filed against him as mayor.

New Yorkers found him intolerable when he asked the mayoral candidates to suspend taking office because he felt he needed an additional three months to get things right. Rudy the dictator felt that he was even bigger than the democratic process itself.

The mob put out a hit on him because he and Kerik were taking their business and cashing in on it. Rudy became the Mafia Don of NYC. He's a fucking thug. A small man with a huge appetite for absolute power.

A neocons dream come true.

James Dobson doesn't think so either ... and yet the poor desperate trolls are still hoping Giuliani can win the evangelicals.

Some of the more "christian" trolls (snicker) say Dememented Dobbie no longer has any pull among the Evilgelical Church of Perverse Behavior and Hypocrisy, they're wrong. He has denounced every one of their top tier candidates. That's gonna leave a mark. ;)

Biden did indeed steal the show last night with Dodd coming in a close second.

Hillary held her own but Obama and Edwards faded.

Kucinich and Richardson were almost laughable (and not when they were trying to be funny).

You're so right jack!.... and what's with Chris Mathew and his anti Hillary crusade? instead of advising Obama and Edward to articulate their position better, all he seem to be sporting for is a knock Hillary down canpaign. I thing he should tell his audience that he works for the Obama camp before hand.

With or without his Rudy remark from last night, Biden is still the cream of the Democratic crop. He's a real adult who deserves the nomination. It's pathetic that the party is bypassing someone so smart and capable in favor of Kerry 2.0.

I have to admit, every time I watch one of these debates, I realize how much more qualified, intelligent, and just plain SANE all the Democrats are compared to the Republics.

In my mind, any of them would do a good job. Right now, Chris Dodd has my vote, but I'm liking Edwards more and more. I really think he'll be the nominee in the end.

Remember that Howard Dean was supposed to be a huge front runner until Iowa. It's all about the name recognition.

Rudy JulieAndrews will never, NEVER make it past the wingnuts in the Republic primaries. The guy is pro-choice and they can't forgive that, plus he dressed up as a woman, making him tainted with teh gaii. They will nominate an evangelical nutjob like Huckabee or convince themselves that Mitt Romney is Christian enough for them.

It's going to be a very, very interesting few months.

I, too, believed Girly Man had a chance. Shallow American pre-occupied voters would just vote on his looks.

But, Girly Man being true to his ilk, has torpedoed his own campaign with his overt duplicity and his tax, tax, tax and spend, spend, spend platform.

I, too, hope Rudy doesn't get the nod. He is a RINO. But, after Feb 08, the race will be decided in each party.

If Uncle Joe's irrelevance to his own party isn't clear in the above poll. Watch how Rudy's numbers go up due to Uncle Joe's desperation.

I like Biden. He and Richardson are the best dem candidates.

Anything on here about Nader's lawsuit?

Go Ralph Go. Any efforts to prevent the american people from having choices at the polls and exercising their right to vote must be uncovered.

Looks like the dems were willing to sink as low as the GOP to win in 2004.

Both parties hate freedom. It's becoming clearer everyday.

You can thank Ralph Nadar for helping put Bush in the White House in 2000. He's an egomaniac who has read too many of his own press releases and believes them.

Joe Biden's sentences consist of plaigerisms from a some British politician.

Favorite    Flag as abusive Posted 11:21 AM on 10/31/2007

You have nothing else to offer?
Really -- please provide, in detail, a discussion of how, when, where and why the plagiarism charge was applied, what Biden's response was and why it's pretty much all you have to offer when addressed the single best choice to be President of the U.S.
Right... thanks for playing. Please drive thru.

Hey Rudeness, Karen is available and I bet some of her clothes will fit you.

You have to admit Rudy acted better than Bush on 9-11. After the big buildings crashed, he didn't flee and hide in an undisclosed location like our Boy Genius President.

Beyond that, Rudy has made his position absolutely clear. If you liked the Iraq War, you'll love the much bigger Iran War that Rudy has planned.

And, yes, as expected, Rudy, a typical Repoopicon chickenhawk, did not serve in the US military and went to great lengths to avoid the Viet Nam War.

And, yes, like Rudy, eight million New Yorkers also didn't flee the city after 9-11.

Yet somehow the cons want to convince everyone that Rudy did something on 9/11. Other than standing there with a hanky over his mug what exactly did he do? In fact his actions caused the lives of firefighters and policemen. Somehow we need to look at the chaos he created in NY as a good thing.

I assume you meant 'cost' the lives, and I would like some facts on that if you have them.

He did. To deny it discredits you. I saw what I saw, and I remember in graphic detail what happened that day. Your inability to give him credit, just goes to show that you will revise history to your liking.

This is of course a quintessentially idiocy from the left. The president, whoever that may be, has an obligation to the nation to remain safe. The office is larger than the individual. If you can't grasp this fact and understand the basic security of the nation, the importance of the primary civilian leader and the chain of command in this instance, or any other attack, you are hopeless.

The presidency is larger than one individual. However, the presidency - our nations presidency does not allow the person occupying the post to use resources to destroy other nations on a whim and heresay evidence. What happens when the nations of the world say enough is enough and band together to fight us??

The President as commander in chief has the responsibility of accertaining the truth before he/she sends soldiers to die in batter. There was no greater good being served in Iraq. So in that sense it is nothing like WWII. People died because a bunch of chickenshit beauraucrats decided that they wanted to control the oil in the Middle East. When 9/11 happened this was used as the perfect ploy to further their plans and use it as a reason to attack Iraq by tying Saddam to 9/11. They further scared the public by saying that Saddam had WMD's which he was planning on giving to the terrorists.

The Presidency of the United States of America does not have a responsibility to fleece and rape the nation.

"quintessentially idiocy?" When attempting to use the WORD OF THE DAY to impress the idiots of the left, it helps to use it correctly.

The President("W") along with the VP as well as all the members of Congress ran and hid that day. I remember vividly the "deer in the headlights" look on George "W" Bush. On 9-11 "W" showed the world he was a complete and total pussy. When it comes to other peoples lives Bush is the "decider" when it comes to his own, he listens to his security detail.
