Expecting rival Democrats to unload on her at tonight's debate, aides to Hillary Clinton are trying to frame the attack with a cheeky Web feature headlined "The Politics of Hope."

The posting is intended to focus viewers, voters and pundits on the attackers rather than the substance of the attacks, which is a standard practice of the Clinton campaign.

Billery is moldy limburger cheese that stinks up the entire region. Few really elect to partake it but like the way limburger sounds from a distance.

O-Bomb-a is yesterday's burned toast. No amount of butter will make it do down easily.

Edwards is the newest trendy item on the menu and the public is afraid to buy in. He may be like the blue, red and green corn chips that are still corn just with a faux packaging.

Ruthy Goulini (sic) is a leftover egg salad sandwich left out in the heat of the days since 9-11.

Romney is a shot of grape juice with a tiny cracker, pretending to be something else that is holier than thou.

Fred Thompson is the putrid fat that rises to the top of cheap chili made from the discards of better cuts.

Richardson is the gaseous refried bean casserole is used as filler for the anticipated main course.

Dennis K is a deep fried Twinkie with Tabasco sauce and tiny shrimp bits served at Willie Nelson carnivals.

Dick Chaney is the collection of waste caught in the plumbing drain traps. Haul out the Drano.

George W. Bush does not fall into the category of any consumables since he is the excretion. Flush and Flush again!

The other preemtive debate strike is saying that Obama is studying tapes of Bill Clinton.

So, if he does well, the Clinton camp can pat themselves on the back and say he did a good job studying those tapes.

This is not a football game, even though, it feels that way to me sometimes. I am anxiously waiting for the debate with fingers crossed.

Howard Wolfson, Hillary Clinton spokesman, told Ed Schultz that he doesn't know how much money lobbyists have given Hillary. He also said that Hillary voted for Kyle/Lieberman to promote diplomacy. Of course GW Bush never intended to have a diplomatic solution with Iraq. Hillary must know that GW doesn't intend to have one with Iran either. So she gave Bush war powers again.

whats with Bill Clintons outrage at people expressing 9/11 was an inside job. Last time I checked free speech was still in the constitution...why on earth would he be outraged anyway...there is so much overwhelming scientific proof that it was an inside job. But why was he so insensed with the "How Dare You" remark...people who feel it was an inside job don't offend families of people who died at 9/11...it doesn't offend the troops either...the only people who should feel so strongly about it as being offended would be the people who were in on it! I won't be voting for Hillary now!...Bill cut it for me

More triangulation and manipulation of the message from HRC. What a surprise. I hope Obama or Edwards rhetorically and philosophically kneecaps her in tonight's debate. We'll probably get more gushing from Timmeh, Tweety, and Tucker as well.

Obama is an empty suit that will just stand at the podium looking down at his notes and stuttering.

Edwards is just too angry. On one will vote for an angry candidate.

Go Hillary!

Wake up people, or have you all been drinking Karl Rove's kool-aid? You are Karl's wet dream. Instead of tearing Hillary, or any other Dem candidate down, you should be trying to influence her. You are all helping to elect another Republican president. When you are all wandering around shell shocked in 2009, you will have no one to blame but yourselves. Karl will be smiling. You will have been his obedient pawns. Thanks for nothin'.

Why is it when Bush pulls a fast one, it's just brilliant Rovian spin politics and when the Clintons bust a move it's considered sneaky and under-handed?

Seems like a double standard. Is it because the Clintons are political upstarts and the Bushes are old political hacks?!?!

Excellent point and observation Dantana! When Bush rigged 2000, Rove was declared a "political genius" by the castrated traditional media! The same Russert and Matthews who have their lips firlmy glued onto Bush's behind, constantly take potshots at Hillary! Chris Matthews is rooting for Guiliani who has completely lost it AND has all the nutcases in the right wing joining his bandwagon. But when it comes to Hillary, he is "so afraid that she will continue Bush's policies"???!!!

I think the time has come when even these so called 'pundits' realize that they are full of it but they have gone beyond caring really!

On topic, if Edwards and Barack Hussein had taken off the gloves some 6 months back, it would have been a good political move. Now, it just smacks of obvious desperation. Edwards' numbers are stuck in the polls, BHO's are tanking and Hillary is increasing her lead every day!!!

I don't think so, Hillary has gone to far to lose her self controll now. If you are refering to the MSM trying to cut her down, I think that goes on every week.

Can I say "Bring it on". Maybe I shouldn't.

You mean to tell me that you think that PIAPS is going to keep her composure when/if she loses a primary to Obama?

I just can't see it.

Hope is a direction-less, more belief oriented viewpoint. I get we will be short on the direction we will take for the most important issues of this country, especially War and Peace.

Bill Clinton is the man from Hope.
I hope we can avoid a platform that will

The war is Iraq is so intense they wounded a
General. General Dorkus.

Dismayus, Betrayus and Dorkus, sounds like an ancient Roman law firm in History of the World Part I.

And hillary is a GOP candidate trying to pretend she is a Democrat . . . she is the status quo . . . and not good for America . . .

How right you are! My political hope is that the Democrats are not foolish enough to give her the nod. That is the only way they could possibly lose.
