Hillary Rodham Clinton said Friday her status as the Democratic presidential front-runner -- not her gender -- has led her male primary rivals to intensify their criticism of her.

"I don't think they're piling on because I'm a woman. I think they're piling on because I'm winning," Clinton told reporters after filing paperwork to appear on the New Hampshire primary ballot.

"I anticipate it's going to get even hotter, and if you can't stand the heat get out of the kitchen. I'm very much at home in the kitchen," she said.

Hillary supposed flub in philly was a glancing blow at best. Fat blowhard's like Chris Matthews may wish it were a knockout punch (Matthews has been desperately trying his best to help out his boy Giuliani) it was nothing of the kind. Hillary is still whipping Giuliani's ass in the national polls, and she is till comfortably ahead in Iowa and the rest of the primary states...Clinton did fine last night, and this will barely knock her off her stride.

Of course the real winner the other night was Biden, who decimated poor Rudy with a nice uppercut. It was hillaroius to see Matthews try and downplay the effectiveness of the Biden attack, and was even more hilarious to hear the lame comeback given by Katie Levinson. Giuliani was humiliated on national TV...no amount of spin can reverse that:)

These Hillary threads sure do have some funny shit on them every damn time.

The liberals who don't like her claim she's "Bush Lite", another warmonger. They claim she has NO regard for the people, not a caring bone in her body. And that she'll carry on directly in line with Bush policies. (like he has any)

The trolls claim she's a "socialist" who wants to give all of their income to the poor, $5000 per baby, and if those babies are sick she'll make them pay for their care even if it means they don't eat. They also claim that she'll destroy all the "good" the monkey has done with his glorious policies. (like he has any)

It looks like a massive case of confusion to me. Which is it folks? I'm willing to bet she's neither.

BTW, some of the best laughs I get come when I read someone like reecie the lame tell someone as bright as Femi she's an "idiot", seeing jiffyjeff call ANYONE nuts, see fixalindafart call ANYONE a liar, or bj call ANYONE twisted. hehe

Look at it this way. The reason why the Democrats lose is that they are actually very close to the Republicans.

For example, let's say you are a factory worker in Ohio- assuming their are any of them left. Clinton with NAFTA, and Bush with CAFTA both want to ship your job overseas.

So then you say, if I'll lose my job either way, the only differences are some cultural issues. How do I really feel about gay marriage or gun control?

And that's how a union factory worker in Ohio ends up voting Republican.

Remember Hillary is as liberal as she gets, right now, trying to win the Democratic nomination. If she wins, she will move rapidly to right.

And if that's the choice, you're better off to spend election day having a good brew and avoiding the voting booth. That we you can't blame yourself for voting for the lesser of two evils.

god help us if Clinton doesn't get the nom because Obama can never win a national election (for now) and without her, we are stuck with another rethug bastard in the white house.

Obama is getting down right embarrassing. Today all over tv we see him campaigning and he suddenly has this "black/negro" accent that comes on strong.. strange he only brings that out when he campaigns in front of what he perceives as stereotypes.

I like him less and less everyday I see him and I was completely a fan in the beginning.

Amazing all the msm on tv, all of it right wing, is all over Hillary this wk yet there's not one single word about what Rudy did.

Amazing!!!

The bitch flip-flopped again. Two days ago they were piling on her because she's a woman.

Hillary needs to stop whining about being piled on by the nasty penis people. The gender card does not trump anything and nobody is going to support a cry baby.

If you declare yourself the leader (she says that she is already in general election mode), then you have to expect to take some pointed questions from the other candidates as the others define the differences in their views.

When Clinton continues to dance, dodge and obfuscate, it is reasonable to expect an even greater number of questions as reporters, candidates and the American people try to figure out what the hell her true position really is. If all Clinton is going to do is to try to straddle the fence, we might as well elect the fence.

Note that Clinton wasted no time after the debate telling the sucker mom's that she needs more money to fight off the attacks from the mean nasty men.

These are hardly the characteristics of a person who says that she is qualified to lead the free world.

"Since September 11, 2001, the United States has experienced a 17 percent decline in overseas travel, costing America 94 billion dollars in lost visitor spending, nearly 200,000 jobs and 16 billion dollars in lost tax revenue."

Looks like the suspension of habeas corpus has had a real chilling affect on tourism. Doesn't seem like too many foreigners wanna come here to visit disneyland, only to end up at Gitmo, with no explanation as to why.

they're not piling on Hillary because she's winning, but because she's the War Candidate.

I'm not repeating this to spam, I'm repeating it to get feedback.

This is classic ... I heard F'ing Matthews on Hardball last night give Clinton the advice to take this tack ...

What a Clown Palace US Politics has become.

Something else to think about. If Clinton wins the Nomination, I don't know if she carries California in the General Election ... she is alienating so many Dems here who view her to be about as much a 'liberal' as "W" is a Cowboy. To compound her problem, I doubt the Governator will be campaigning for her, and, whether it makes sense or not, he's riding a wave of high approval since the So Cal Wildfire Response ... that could pay dividends for the Republican Candidate out here, especially if the Dems are uninspired by HRC.

I hope the Democratic Leadership is considering the impact of not having California in the win column in 2008.

Hume, I am counting on you wherever you are to be the last standing true blue lib at HuffPo still supporting Dennis Kucinich in the face of the Hillary Blitzkrieg.

Anyone who believes Hillary is actually winning is fooling themselves.
Let’s take a look at how they stack up:

Money Raised: ADVANTAGE OBAMA –Hillary and the MSM tried to lie and say she outraised OBAMA without mentioning she moved $10 million from her senate campaign account. Also, unlike Hillary, Obama did not take money from lobbyists and PACS.

Campaign Event Turnout: ADVANTAGE OBAMA – Obama has attracted crowds of 25,000 to 30,000. Hillary attracts "hundreds" to her events.

Number of Donors: ADVANTAGE OBAMA –350,000 strong. They raised more than $2 million in 48 hours after Hillary lied about her numbers.

Book sales: ADVANTAGE OBAMA – Hillary can’t give away a book while Obama’s books sell millions. No one is really interested in her.

Magazine Sales: ADVANTAGE OBAMA –The top two selling magazine covers last year had Obama’s picture on it.

Post Debate Polls: ADVANTAGE OBAMA – He’s won just about every post debate poll of real people(not pundits that are hired by her donor Rupert Murdoch).

Local Early State Polls: DEAD EVEN.

The only advantage Hillary has is an imaginary poll, probably conjured up by her in-house pollster, forced on us by her MSM counterparts, showing that she has a 50 ga-gillion point lead over Obama (despite everything else indicating otherwise).

Anyone that can’t see what is going on needs to wake up!

From Andrew Sullivan's blog:
A reader writes:

I'm a Republican and I pray to God that Obama gets the nomination. I'll vote for him in a heartbeat. He's a rational man who understands and respects the people that he wants to represent. With this attitude, he shows the public that he believes in what we can accomplish together. It's not what HE can do for us, it's what WE can do together. Reagan was the last president who seemed this optimistic about the American public, and it goes a long way towards explaining his appeal. I would go so far as to say that Reagan's appeal here in the Midwest was really never about policy per se, but about his disposition. He believed in Americans. Obama can go there, and does with striking clarity. It's not an act, like Clinton, it's a belief system.

I would like to officially coin the acronym HDS- Hillary Derangement Syndrome.

I expect we'll be seeing a massive outbreak lasting the next 9 years.

You know she almost verbatim said what Chris Matthews suggested she say. I knew this lady has no authenticity.
