Walters Mills

Barbara Walters dished on Heather Mills during "The View" today. She's interviewed Mills twice and had nothing nice to say about Paul McCartney's ex after her behavior at the second interview, by which time she was with Paul. Mills complained about the temperature of a glass of water she was given to sip.
Said Barbara in the context of the longer anecdote, "She was extremely difficult... She was so impossible to our producers."
Walters is generally nice about all her coveted celebrity interviews, but as she showed today, it's not a good idea to be mean to her producers.

The most clever (and irreverent) Heather Mills quip belongs to late-night talk show host Craig Ferguson:

Did you hear that Paul McCartney has chosen Starbucks to release his new album, "Memory Almost Full"? Not to be outdone, Heather Mills announced that she'll be releasing her new CD at IHOP.

Barbara Walters' tongue lashing of Heather Mills says more about herself than about Mills. Babwah thinks that if you marry someone with a lot of money you must get up each day and face and bow to the Mecca that is your partner. Maybe that's why no one has stayed with Babs.
Heck, I'm not rich, but I like my water at room temp. too.
And Joe Scarborough on Morning Joe literally drools over the saintly SIR Paul each day. Every other person in England has been knighted for something. Sir Syd Vicious is coming up soon, if he's still alive.

to the tune of "Barnaby Bill":

Hey one legged girl, you're easy to twirl,
One legged girl.

Hey one legged chick, your one leg's a stick,
One legged chick.

Heard that some time ago on the radio, just cracked me up. And yes, I know it's a major sin to make fun of handicapped people. Sorry, it's just funny.

Give me a glass of tepid water and you'll really see someone go apeshit.

This site has become the e-Enquirer. My daily reading of it ceases today.

Barbara Walters has little room to talk when calling someone else not very nice. Another superficial idiot.

Some people are for a certain celebrity and some are against. Why the uproar. Quit obsessing. I saw the interview with Heather and
she did strike me odd and her emotions way out of control. But for heaven's sake, what does that have to do with price of milk???

I hope she gets nothing in the divorce, Paul is awarded her good leg for slander and she still has to screw foreign business men to make a living.

I could care less about celebrity news, generally, but I find nothing credible in this crap about Paul McCartney and this piece of trash, Mills, smells of vermin.

Anyone with any sense who saw Ms Mills on Today can't help but come to the conclusion that she needs professional help. It is also evident that her daughter is not safe with her.Her lawyers obviously made a bad call in their latest attempt to shake down a clearly decent man with slander and innuendo. I hope she gets help. Anyone who is as suicidal as she claims she is, has no business with the custody of a young child. Checkout her interview and come to your own conclusion. Barbara Walters is probably the most unbiased commentator out there and I think she shares the broader consensus that this woman is a gol-digger who will do anything to hurt Paul including endanger their daughter.

.

What does Babs interview of Heather and that glass of water have to do with the tea in China to Babs slander of Heather concerning their divorce?

Except to attempt to further impugn/slander(done publicly) Heather Mills to the publics eye.

Barbara only met Heather TWICE. Babs reminded us several times, almost as if to excuse the soon to follow slanderous comments about Heather. Why wasn't the first impression, the first interview the one Babs related to?

US MAGAZINE has competition, NO?

Walter is losing it. Senility is showing and someone ought to tell her to retire.
.
There is something eerie about ganging up against Mills. When most comments are going against this woman, it is time to look closer at Sir Paul.
.
Sir Paul was knighted by the Queen, and his power in UK is disproportionate to that of Mills. Here in America there are many fanatics who are blinded by the fame of this Beatle. Blind loyalty can be cruel.
.
My mom and dad are Beatles fans, but they also tell me that rumors about Sir Paul's rage and callousness with women had been circulating even at the early days. Everyone ignored it because he was very famous.
.
On NPR this year, there was a story about a woman who got pregnant by Sir Paul. They were engaged to be married, but Sir Paul really did not want to marry a commoner. He put the woman in such turmoil that she lost the baby. Sir Paul abandoned her soon enough. She disappeared from the limelight. The reporter was able to locate her living a very desolate life. She was so nervous and afraid to talk about Sir Paul. Could he not made this woman's life a little bit more comfortable ?
.
So he married an American heiress, Linda of the Kodak clan. Walters herself admits she did not know Sir Paul, but Walters knew Linda's family all too well. Nobody really knows the inside/out of this marriage. What is clear is that Linda's last days were mysterious. Her body was never seen in public.
.
Something smells, and it ain't the cheese. Sir Paul is very powerful here and in the UK. It is not surprising the media [Walter] is slamming Mills. She is no match to this man. She may also soon disappear.
.
Mills fear for her life, these threats for her to keep silent may be pushing her to the brink of desperation.
.
There is an eeriness in Sir Paul's callousness makes me feel uncomfortable. It's ugly head is showing.

Pre-nups certainly are legal in the UK, but they are not always recognized. If they are carefully drafted and fair to both parties, they are, in fact, likely to be at least taken into consideration when negotiating a settlement.

From http://www.agreements.co.uk/prenuptial_agreements.htm:

"In 2003, the case of K -v- K changed the way the English courts view prenuptial agreements. A wealthy property developer married his pregnant girlfriend, with both signing a prenup the day before the wedding. The relationship ended within the year, and the wife launched a multi-million pound claim on his assets. However, their prenuptial agreement was upheld, saving the husband millions of pounds."

Although this case post-dated the McCartney marriage, there is no doubt that Paul would be in a far better financial position today had he signed some sort of agreement with the gold-digger. The man must have dozens of lawyers--it's clear he stupidly never asked for advice from any of them. Can you imagine a lawyer, aware that he was about to marry a bimbo 26 years his junior, looking at his financial assets and saying, "No problem, Paul, no need to put anything in writing."

Well, I can't. And if any of his lawyers DID give him that advice, you'd better believe there will be a malpractice action in his/her future.

He knew she was crazy going in and now he's
up the creek. Apparently he doesn't care.
One of the symptoms of extended or even
short term use of smoking candy (pot) is;
it's all the same, a million here/there,
whats the use, what, I have 2 different
shoes on? So what.

Class?

Her father was a mafiosi and she was a beard for Roy Cohen — one of the lousiest people who have ever walked the — for years.

She may be right or wrong about Heather Mills and she may be as big a b*tch in her own right or she may be a pussy cat. But when you think of who Barbara Walters is without the wardrobe and publicists, "class" is not the word that leaps to mind.
