Aaron Walker, press secretary for the Federal Emergency Management Agency, submitted his resignation to FEMA administrator David Paulison Wednesday, according to a FEMA official.
Walker is the second FEMA press official to suffer the repercussions of a staged FEMA news conference during the California wildfires.

Actually they have received huge offers from Fox News.
Why hasn't the deputy director that took part and ran the faux news conference been fired. All he would have had to do is said no, but instead he conducted the news conference. Its the same all around the little guy gets fired while the big guy keeps his job and benefits. Whats wrong with this picture.
Homeland Security Secretary Michael Chertoff called the faux press conference "one of the dumbest and most inappropriate things I've seen since I've been in government."
Not including Chertoff's entire service in Homeland Security.
