Actor Mickey Rourke was arrested for DUI this morning in Miami Beach, riding his blue-green Vespa. Harley Davidson and the Marlboro Man, is that you?!
Jose Lambiet of the Palm Beach Post broke the story this morning. Lambiet says a local paparazzo was on the lookout for Jennifer Lopez, who was in town for her concert when he bumped into Rourke and an unidentified woman around 2:00 AM walking into a nightclub.

The trim job on the stash and the chin might lead one to imagine that he has been dipping into the meth a bit....yeah, he's got that "happy" look to boot.

Golly...have the paparazzi been given tin badges and awarded contracts like Blackwater for security services? Think of all the danger when Mickey Rourke who as any intelligent reader with an IQ of less than normal can discern from his haircut (the definitive sign of intelligence according to some of the posters here)rides his Vespa. I think all the paparazzi should be assigned to "in-cell" venues for a long time.
