The Senate confirmed retired judge Michael Mukasey as attorney general Thursday night to replace Alberto Gonzales, who was forced from office in a scandal over his handling of the Justice Department.
Mukasey was confirmed as the nation's 81st attorney general after a sharp debate over his refusal to say whether the waterboarding interrogation technique is torture.

Mukasey should have been waterboarded during his testimony albeit safe in his own conviction that he was not being tortured.
There is no pride in being an American anymore.
It would be more appropriate if in the photo accompanying this piece Mukasey was giving the Nazi salute.

And, lets give our tired play-actor democrats a break. Sure, everyone knows its hard work being the 'decider'.
