None of this surprises me about the most Nazi-like Police apparatus in the United States. I'd hope that Muslims begin to resist already ... to know that there are already double agents inside their community, selling them out for even the squeakiest comments about the U.S. government.
There are also a lot of Armenians inside LA and California, and they were dissed by the President, and his Administration and that won't be forgotten. To try and "map out" Muslim neighborhoods is the first step towards mass arrests. I'd guess there will be real combat in the streets if this happen. Combat in the U.S. when Muslim neighborhoods are invaded will be very very nasty.
Finally, there are also a lot of Iranians inside LA and southern California and if EFPs or IEDs are used in the U.S., such tactics and weapons will be there, not too mention, highly trained sniper teams. These folks are already angry and feel, justifiably, that they've been maligned ... and discriminated against. Go past this threshold and we'll see real resistance.

Guess what? There are "Islamic" fundamentalist groups that would give anything to blow up men, women, and children for a shot at the 72 virgins. Are they the majority or even a sizable minority of Muslims? Of course not, but I'm sure some are there.

Muslims have been targeted globally NOT because they are "terrorists" (they are not) but because they happen to live on top of vast oil reserves. Given historical record, one can be assured that if there is any good at all to be obtained from this idea, one of the proven worst police departmants in the USA will certainly screw it up.
