Take note, Starbucks: McDonald's is coming after you. Yes, that McDonald's.
Emboldened by rave reviews for the relaunch of its coffee business 18 months ago, the company is planning to roll out premium coffee drinks -- including smoothies, frappes and bottled beverages -- priced just below that of Starbucks. The goal: to gain a bigger share of the $60 billion U.S. coffee business, of which the burger chain now says it holds about $6 billion.

I like McDonalds...ate their today, as a matter of fat(?)...but their coffee sucks worse than suck sucks.
So they are going to sell bitter Starbucks style coffee instead of the dirty old-sock taste of the regular McDonald's fare.

Mcd's has good, cheap coffee. It's so good in fact, I can finish a whole cup, something I could never do with that muddy tasting Starbucks.
Oh, Puleeeze.

This should provide McDonald's with just what they need: another way to contribute to the national obesity problem!
