Dr. Jan Adams operates out of the Brentwood Surgery Center -- which sits above a Kinko's and Quiznos in Brentwood, Calif.

BSC would not confirm that Donda West had her surgery there, however, TMZ spoke with an employee who told us that Dr. Adams was not in today (surprise) and she didn't know when he'd be back. Wait -- there's something wrong with the neon sign!

Jeesh, this guys been on Oprah, all kind of
television shows and yet he's not even a board
certified surgeon. Just goes to show you what the MSM creates - bull crap. What a shame for
anyone this man has hurt because they trusted
him by seeing his face plastered all over the
television as an expert in his field. Probably
didn't bother to check out his creditials because who would think this guy was anything
but perfect.
