A doctor yesterday described the desperate fight to save Princess Diana's life.

Anaesthetist Daniel Eyraud said a team of eight hospital staff battled for nearly two hours to keep the princess alive after her heart stopped.

The inquest into her death heard that despite administering massive doses of adrenaline, repeated electric shocks and extended heart massages the medics failed to revive her and were finally forced to accept defeat.

That tunnel seemed sort of small to me when I saw it and it must have been hell getting an ambulance down there, diverting all the traffic (they drive like manaics through it), and trying to get anyone out of that wreck.

And the royal family didn't kill her. It was a tragic accident. If they wanted to get rid of her, Charlie could have just divorced her- it's been done before, you know.

Oh for crying out loud, let the woman rest in peace already.

I saw a documentary about how long it took the ambulance to get there, and how the ambulance just parked on the side of the ride for a long time before arriving at the hospital.
