AP:

Health Net of California, a subsidiary of managed health care company Health Net Inc., said late Thursday it agreed to a $1 million California Department of Managed Health Care administrative penalty related to the improper disclosure of certain compensation-related information to the department.

Health Net agreed not to engage in any compensation practices linked to the results of rescission investigations, consistent with current company policy.

"We are sorry for any misunderstanding with the DMHC. It is important to note that we are currently abiding by the policy in the agreement," Chief Executive Jay M. Gellert said in a statement.

Later he added that once the investigation concludes the health care provider will return to business as usual and to their covert plan to screw the patients once again.

It is unbelievable to me a company can deliberately go out of its way to let people die when it is their responsibility to save them and they only get fined $1,000,000. This company in trying to continue this practice was caught lying under oath. Health Net still made money by letting them die-no Health Net for me
