State Seeks Appeal To Supreme Court

The Attorney General's office has sought leave to appeal Friday's Appeals Courts decision in the court case that has the January 15 Presidential primary up in the air.

The leave merely allows the state to ask permission of the court to hear the case. The Court can decline, leaving in place the Appeals Court decision, or hear the case.
